At Hazard Hunters, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
